In Motion Support has implemented a Quality Management System certified under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which is in the process of continuous improvement, which allows us to measure the level of satisfaction of our clients and the effectiveness of our services.

QUALITY GOALS
The objectives are constituted in the concrete commitment that each of the members of the organization assumes to transform the strategic vision of our company into a fact.
These objectives are:
- "Systematically improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System processes."
- "Apply world-renowned practices for the management of IT platforms, also complying with current regulations."
- All the quality objectives of the organization are measured providing a consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement. The General Manager determines annually the goal that the indicators must achieve in order to achieve, maintain and improve the fulfillment of these objectives.
