Be Aware 360® is an In Motion project, born to solve an unsatisfied need that we were lucky enough to see, the desire and strength to adopt the challenge and the ideal team to execute it, all this, together with the economic resources and the trust of our loyal customers, who once again believed in In Motion.

The story behind
Be Aware 360®
- 2000
In Motion signs a distribution agreement with RightNow Technologies, a CRM customer service provider. In the same year, In Motion signed a contract with BEA Systems, leader in integration and middleware platforms.
- 2008
Oracle acquires BEA Systems, and with this the In Motion team concludes a stage of important projects in the field of integration middleware and process management, and with a portfolio of more than 100 clients and multiple projects. Experience that will later be key in the development of Be Aware 360.
- 2009
In its first version, Be Aware was a complementary development for the RightNow platform, which In Motion designed to solve the endomarketing challenges of a telecommunications company. The goal was to speed up the time to market of new products (TTM) as much as possible. For each new product or service, it is necessary to communicate and train, in a minimum time, all the staff in contact with customers, made up of a team of more than 9,000 people, delivering the right information, at the right time, through the right channel. This project reduced training and coaching SLA by 92% (from 28 to 2 days).
- 2011
Oracle acquires RightNow Technologies company (yes, Oracle moves the cheese again, and at the same time confirmed our vision), on the other hand, In Motion begins to work at the regional level in Latin America.
- 2013
In Motion is awarded by Oracle with the 2013 Excellence Award, and Latin American Partner of the Year in the Applications category. In Motion is invited to receive the award in San Francisco, USA, in order to be interviewed about the endomarketing project at the Keynote Session. This makes In Motion the first Latin American partner in Oracle’s history to be interviewed during the keynote speech at the awards ceremony.

- 2016
In Motion is awarded as Chile’s Most Innovative IT Company – for the fourth consecutive year – according to the Most Innovative Companies Chile 2016 Ranking, conducted by Universidad de los Andes’ ESE Business School. At the same time, in the same year, Héctor Gómez Brain, president and founder of the organization, received the distinction “Recognition for Management and Innovation 2016”.

The first version of Be Aware 360® is born as an initiative of In Motion’s sales and engineering teams, gathering the experiences of a group that has been implementing Customer Service solutions for 18 years, and with hundreds of application and process integration projects.
At the end of 2018, the first contracts are closed with important customers in the financial and services sector.

Our multidisciplinary engineering, marketing and sales team is committed to delivering their best to provide quality service and maintain a roadmap of new features by listening carefully to market signals and customer needs
